Here are a few events I produced: With my friend Chef Derrick Teh, we wove a story of Malaysian-Japanese flavors through the vehicle of Rendang Udon -- a slow cooked, short rib noodle soup. So freakin’ good. With Chef James Choi, we bridged the Korean-Japanese gap with Spicy Bulgogi Cold Udon. House pickled kimchi with super savory cuts of beef. Yummmmm. With Chefs&nbsp;Chris Willis and Tomo Shinoda, we threw the hottest Italian-Japanese dinner party Cambridge has ever seen, complete with custom cocktails.
